    Boiler

    Woke up this morning and had no hot water, plus had the grandkids with us, boiler problem, I called OW heating, call came straight back. Visit same morning (Saturday) inspected the boiler, found the problem, went out and purchased a new hose and overflow tank, came straight back and fitted new parts and bobs your uncle, boiler fixed! Great work!

    Kicked ceiling

    After he repaired the leak a few days later the leak come back .Phoned him up not very nice on the phoned has he got me mixed up with someone else .Came back out to look at the leak said he would be back the next day ain't seen him since my mom and dad feel like they been ripped off by paying 400 quid will not use again

    Replaced flow switch and Diverter valve on my Worcester boiler. Forgot to connect pipes before turning water on. Flooded bathroom and caused electrical faults throughout the house. Had to get another boiler to rectify his work and electrics. Found that he hadn’t properly fitted flow switch and bodged connection with tape and silicone. Leaving it still leaking when he left. Cost of his repairs over £500.00. Do NOT use this engineer, his work is far from safe!!!!

    Horrific, left boiler unrepaired and dangerous . Do not use this engineer or company...

    New Radiator

    Arrived late on first visit. Quoted a price I thought was quite high but we came to an agreement. Once I put heating on the radiator did not work. Text him with no reply. Text again and he arranged to come out. Didn't show up so had to chase and he said was still at work. Arranged for him to come out the next day instead and just didn't show up. No communication or response to texts. Really poor communication and workmanship. Been left without heating and have paid for a radiator to be replaced that doesn't work. Will now have to pay another plumber to fix the issue.

    Valves changed on radiator pipes drained and refilled.

    Service was fantastic from initial contact to end of work ,very reliable and great job done with great attitude.
