Rupert simply did a great job! We had an emergency with our boiler breaking, his communication was prompt and clear. He did his best to fit a new boiler as soon as he could to get us out of a difficult situation. He worked hard and diligently, especially as the job was not easy - the boiler had to be moved and there were plenty of obstacles in the way!
