  New Worcester Bosch Combi Install

  I chose Oxbridge Plumbing as they were extremely competitive in pricing and helped me decide to switch from my old leaking Vaillant combi to a new Worcester Greenstar variant rather than just installing another Vaillant. The work required a long flue run, as well as a new filter, etc. I was very happy that I chose Rupert, who was friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his field, and had a professional approach. He instilled in me a sense of trust that here was someone who would do a good job. Communication throughout was excellent, and the work was completed efficiently with minimum fuss.

  New gas combi boiler

  Rupert responded quickly to our requests for quotes for a new combi boiler. Where other quotes suggested scaffolding would be needed Rupert found an easier solution. Installation was done efficiently without any fuss on the date agreed and at a fair price. As well as being efficient he's very friendly, a good communicator and explains things clearly.

  Rupert was punctual, polite and helpful. He was booked to service my boiler but on commencement quickly diagnosed a fault. He rescheduled for the next working day returning with required part to effect repair and then serviced at a reasonable price. I will be using Rupert for my next boiler service and have no qualms about recommending him to others for boiler repairs or service.

  Very quick response to the initial enquiry, diagnosed the problem (a faulty bearing in the pump). There was an initial delay trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement pump but then things moved quickly and a new boiler has been installed.
