After a bad experience previously, we got Oxford Roofing and Leadworks in to fix a leaking roof and the internal ceiling damage as a result. Contacted a few people on Checkatrade, Lee contacted me back almost immediately which was great as he is local to us. He came round to assess what I thought needed fixing, at a time that suited me, and was patient in listening to my concerns and in explaining things to us. Appreciated his expert opinion on the state of the roof and didn't quote for unnecessary work. He was then able to come around a couple of days later, squeezing us in before christmas, to make the repairs and showed photos of what was done. It was all very seamless. Lee responded to our initial enquiry and came out to assess the situation really quickly. He was super friendly and explained everything clearly - he didn't try to overcomplicate things or increase work on the job. He squeezed us in and got our repair done in good time to avoid any further issues.
