New battens / felt / insulation, re-fit tiles, make good all pointing, leading including chimney.
Superb job from start to finish. Billy called to give advice and his recommendation, rapidly provided a quote and sourced the scaffolding too. It was easy to communicate and ask questions, arrange convenient start dates etc. He and his team were friendly and highly efficient, they left the place tidy each day - they were obviously mindful of the property. They also did a couple of dditional touches here and there without charge or fuss - you feel Billy really wants the job to be done well, and it certainly was. Finished ahead of schedule due to smart planning. Would highly recommend.
Repair to a leaking flat roof.
Phoned on Friday afternoon, repaired on Saturday morning. Super efficient, with a very friendly, professional manner. Thank you so much.
Leak in roof
This is the second time I have used this company. Billy is very personable and professional. I like the way he takes the time to explain the problem and options and shows photos he has taken. He doesn’t “sell” you things you don’t need. As an example, the first time attended he had said I would need a new replacement rubber “boot” to fit around the soil pipe but my actual bill was lower than originally quoted as he managed to repair the original one . I have no reservations to recommend his company.
Replacing flat roof
I can’t recommend Billy and his team highly enough. I have used this company previously on a small job and was very satisfied. This time they worked through extremely cold weather to complete the work replacing my old dormer flat roof. They went above and beyond to make sure my house is now watertight. Billy is very professional and friendly, he communicated well throughout and the price for the job was very reasonable. I have already recommended him to my neighbour who was equally pleased with the job they did. If you have a roofing issue this is definitely the company to call.
De moss and treat roof. Fit eave trays. Repoint ridge tiles. Fit vent tiles. Clean guttering.
Arrived promptly on the first day, and work completed to time on the second day. As well as the agreed work, also replaced some broken tiles and a vent collar. Very happy with the service provided and the quality of the work. Would definitely use again.
Replacing soffits, fascias and guttering
Billy and his team were friendly, punctual and cleared up after themselves. Very pleased with the final product and Billy was great with communication from initially requesting a quote right through to the end. Thank you.
