Servicing A/C units in the lounge and master bedroom.
Shockingly poor levels of customer service both before and after the engineer (who was excellent) serviced our two air con units. Messages sent requesting a service were ignored until prompts on Facebook elicited a response. The Friday appointment was cancelled that morning and rearranged for the following Tuesday. Nobody turned up. Messages and an email asking what was happening were ignored. Booked again and the service happened. Bill was paid immediately it was received. To remove old air conditioning system and install a new one.
Lee was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with the old air conditioning unit and provided a written quotation to supply and fit a well known brand at a good price. The job was done a few days later. Lee is very good at responding quickly to texts and emails, which I find is so different than other companies. The very pleasant engineer who fitted it, was very quick, friendly and cleaned up after the job. Separate split systems to 2 bedrooms
Good communication from Oxley during the whole process. Very good price quoted for the job. Quality materials used. Air conditioning in my house
I can’t praise Lee enough. Lee and his staff will go above and beyond with the instruction. His work is very professional and done to the highest of standards. He’s a person I can trust, he knows what he’s doing and he wouldn’t press you into doing anything you aren’t comfortable with. Working hard and clearing everything behind them, always with a smile, I highly recommend them for all are air conditioning and heating. It’s not only an amazing service they provide, but it’s the stress free feeling they leave behind. I would rate them 100/100 ????????????
