Poor workmanship, dishonest and a complete lack of integrity. OX Property Services left the installation of our boiler incomplete, non-compliant and out of spec, thus rendering the manufacturer’s warranty invalid. It cost us £1500 with another company to bring the installation up to spec. They agreed to pay for the remedial work to but never did and stopped responding to attempts to make contact. They have since refused to come to any sort of agreement through Checkatrade’s mediation process. There were a few problems during installation. The thermostatic radiator valves that we asked them

Absolutely fantastic engineer that was great at fixing the unexpected snag whilst doing the job, really knowledgable when I was asking questions and explained things in a clear but unpatronising way. 100% would recommend this company and will definitely be using again.
