Excellent service!! Highly recommend
Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer was professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the gas leak, explained what he was doing clearly, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. I really appreciated the prompt response and the care taken to resolve what could have been a very stressful situation. Quick and efficient with reasonable price
Used checkatrade for the first time and got a call from ozgas for the works where they enquired about the work and the probable costs. The work was carried out as per plan and finished in time. The trader was quick to diagnose the problem with the boiler and was able to source the part on his own and later completed the work. He also explained the complete working of the boiler and good practices.
