I was not present when Paul carried out the survey so my ratings are guesswork but I have heard no negative reports from the property owner. Paul carried out the work professionally, was excellent to deal with on the phone, and returned his finished report to me very quickly. He located a number of asbestos sites within the property and, at my request, used his contacts to get me a rough estimate of the cost of removal. Paul does not do removals himself to avoid any conflict of interest. I am very happy with the service provided.
