Quick, friendly and efficient
Washing machine broke down yesterday evening, the door lock got stuck on and my clothes were trapped inside. I got on checkatrade this morning and within two minutes of posting Graham was in touch. He came out within a few hours and very quickly got to the bottom of it - the filter was blocked up causing the machine to not drain effectively. Can't say enough nice things about Graham, he was kind, chatty, fixed the issue quickly and gave me some advice on cleaning the filter to avoid it happening again. Graham went over the odds to do a repair on my disabled brother's washing machine, on the same day. He was sympathetic and very helpful and accommodating and the price was competitive.
