    Fixed the washer. Quick response

    The seal on our washing machine got damaged the day before we were going on holiday and wasn't wasn't covered by Hotpoint. Faaz responded quickly via Whatsapp through Checkatrade and arranged to come in the morning. He turned up on time and sorted the problem and also offered sound advice for any further breakdowns. He was polite, helpful and made sure the machine was running correctly before he left. We would definitely recommend Pacifica to carry out repairs on appliances. Thanks Faaz
