Andrew appeared about 20 minutes after I called. He was very friendly and polite, and clear about what our problem was and how he woud fix it, and his price was reasonable. I'll be calling him first for any future work.

Andrew installed our full heating system nearly 20 years ago and ever since he has serviced and maintained it to the highest standards. On a couple of occasions he has come out within 24 hours to deal with problems with the aging boiler. He is one of those rare tradespeople that is completely reliable, gives honest advice and is very fairly priced. I would 100% recommend Pacific Gas.

We had a big problem with the boiler and could not figure out what was wrong but Andrew came round twice identified the problem repaired it and hopefully tied up all of our underfloor heating very diligently
