    Gas boiler service

    I've been using Andrew to service our boiler for a few years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. He always arrives on the agreed day without needing to be followed up, offers a fair price, and maintains a tidy work environment. He keeps me informed about any delays in arrival time and sends over all the necessary admin electronically on the same day. Highly recommend.

    We have used Andrew for a number of years, having fitted our most recent boiler and regularly services it. He is always easy to communicate with, punctual and tidy. Andrew is completely reliable and I would always use and recommend him.

    Repair L2 fault on boiler (after we had tried everything on You Tube).

    The same morning that I texted him, Andrew arrived very quickly. He was polite, professional, informative and tidy, and repaired our boiler in less than an hour. Further, the price he charged was very reasonable and fair. We were delighted with Andrew's service and he will be the first we call next time we have an issue with any of our gas.

    Boiler repair on an old worcester boiler

    Andrew was amazing in a difficult time over Xmas had a pressure problem with my old boiler and he came find the fault and rectified within 5 hours we had heating and hot water. He is attention to detail and very highly skilled in boilers and he goes the extra mile ... I highly recommend him he is old school....and I trust him his expertise

    Annual boiler service (gas certificate)

    The technician picked up my job and messaged quickly and came on time and completed the job thoroughly and in a professional and timely manner. What’s important is there was a malfunction the week later and the technician was responsible and kind enough to reply to my WhatsApp message on a Friday night and come check my boiler the next morning. The problem was a kitchen drain blockage which caused the boiler to stop functioning as the safety switch was triggered. The technician helped unblock my drain by using my snake and pouring out the drained water several times and my boiler worked fine
