Very old van leaked water and rust onto our sofa and belongings. Rude removal men who turned up late and immediately stated they needed more money after 5pm despite us paying in advance for a full service. No bubble wrap so they left all breakables behind without telling us. Walked dirt into all our carpets. Had to get them cleaned after. Left lots of belongings behind claiming we needed two cans despite us moving into the flat with the same size van and less items. Refused any refund and asked for more money for extra boxes despite all of the above ! AVOID! I’ve waited two whole days sorting

We had investigated this matter with our team, and can confirm that we had sacked our employ. He was indeed guilty of gross misconduct. We have a wonderful record of our services; anyone can check on this site.
This whole situation was very unfortunate. We had apologised to our respected client and also waived the money for the extra boxes as soon as we became aware of our negligence. As for the items left behind, we had suggested prior to booking that we would require two vans as per the list of items to be moved but our client insisted for one van only.
We have already taken all the necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again in the future
