Experienced, high quality work.
PAD were very successful in helping achieve planning for a residential extension by producing a high quality exterior render and drawings. The work was completed quickly and they provided advice on how to best achieve a successful application. They gave the application what was needed and were very easy to work with.

Great Experience, Great Design
We were recommended PAD after speaking with a different few architects and becoming exasabated by either the lack of quality, or talking in ways we didn't understand. PAD made us feel understood, they worked with us closely throughout, explained the process and helped us understand all the bits of building and planning you take for granted. More than that, they made the experience a positive one, with a beautiful outcome to boot! Very happy, highly recommend!

Worked well, especially with with the time constraints I had.
PAD produced a set of highly intricate designs for my new three-bedroom home on a very challenging and sensitive plot in the Clapham Common Conservation Area, right next to a terrace of listed buildings. The level of care, creativity, and technical detail was outstanding – I was really impressed with how the design managed to balance contemporary living with the historic setting. I’d thoroughly recommend their services.
