Planning and Building Regulations felt confusing at first, but Paddick handled the technical side and kept us updated along the way.

The structural calculations were turned around much quicker than we expected, which kept our project moving.

We wanted an extension that was to expand the ground floor footprint. Paddick took it through planning and building control. Planning was a bit longer than expected as we had to get additional report for a nearby tree, but the service by the team was great
