Daniel installed a set of sliding doors, an aluminium window and and front door for us in Nov 22 and Feb 23. When he provided the quote we were assured that he would be able to provide the FENSA certificate for the installation to meet the Building Regulations requirements, as required by law for replacement windows. We have chased Daniel by phone and text multiple times and have been twice assured that the installation has been registered and we should recieve the certificate in the post. The installtion has not been registered on the FENSA website and he has now stopped responding to our mes
