Complete garden renovation with raised flower beds and porcelain patio
We are very pleased with the result. Paul and Chris were very helpful during the design phase. It was very reassuring to have consultation with both the builder and structural engineer. All questions were answered promptly and fully explained. During the build Paul, John and Tom were great. Talking us through each phase of the build. Paul and team completed the works on time, within budget and to a high standard. We are so pleased and would thoroughly recommend to our friends and family.

Loft conversion
Paul and his team are very professional, polite and tidy. Me and my wife needed a bigger space for our growing family, Paul made this dream a reality. We are very happy with that work that was carried out, and have asked Paul and the team to come back to construct a rear extension for us. I can’t recommend PAG enough, and we have told all of our family and friends to go though Paul for all their building needs and enquiries. The workmanship of my loft conversion is second to none.

Extension and kitchen
Very happy with the work done. The team were really friendly and happy which sounds strange to comment on but I was home with my toddler and pregnant at the time and for such an extended period of time it was genuinely a pleasure to have the team around. This was a real perk on top of being very happy with the craftsmanship and finish of the job. We paid exactly what we were quoted and agreed an additional fee for jobs I requested extra during the build such as decorating, a new patio. Very happy for viewings if you want to see for yourself the quality of the work.

Full re-roof and loft conversion
The loft conversion was tricky as it’s a small Victorian terrace, maintaining original features was a priority and the constraints and challenges along the way were numerous. Paul is primarily an excellent communicator and he is a gentlemen, informing me at every stage of the challenges faced and ensuring my decisions were advised upon and followed through with. The quality and efficiency with which he worked was impressive and I unreservedly recommend Paul for both domestic and larger projects as I know he has experience in both, which shows.
