Filling, sanding and painting a new MDF alcove unit and a set of built-in in MDF shelves
Roland did a faultless job for me painting a set of new in-built shelves and a new alcove unit. Both required a lot of filling and sanding first. He quoted the best price and stuck to the quote even though the job required another half day of work. I also found a couple of other things that needed touching up and he did them without increasing the charge. He worked cleanly, was completely unintrusive in the house and the finish is spot on. I will only be using Roland from now on as I feel I can trust him completely on price and finish.
Complete repainting of a 2 bedroom flat, refurbishment of kitchen and general cosmetic uplift.
Roland was nothing short of fantastic throughout the work being completed. He repainted the whole flat (including plastering any cracks, sanding down and then painting). The quality was exceptional. In addition to this, he was always willing to speak to myself and provide a lot more guidance than I would have expected - this was greatly appreciated. Throughout the job, he was extremely professional and well-mannered. The work was completed at pace, but to no sacrifice of quality. He came very highly recommended. I will have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.
Repairing a peeling, water-damaged external Victorian pediment and posts surrounding a front door
We instructed Roland to repair and paint a very badly water-damaged pediment and posts surrounding a front door. Had been very badly damaged over time by next door's leaking gutter. I can't believe how professional and splendid a job he did, refilling the gap in the stone pediment, removing the peeling paint and smoothing it down, then repainting. All for a very reasonable price. Amazing- thank you Roland!
Stripped, filled, sanded, primed and painted front door, two window frames and weatherboard
Roland was very friendly and professional. The work area was covered and protected well and he cleaned up throughly after the job was completed. Throughout the process Roland communicated what was happening. I am extremely happy with the job done and wouldn’t hesitate to hire Roland again.
