  We have recently had roof work and decorating carried out by David and his team at Palace Building Services and were completely satisfied with the results. The work was carried out in a professional, timely and friendly way and it was such a relief to get the house water tight again! With their recommended trade contacts, especially the plasterer, work proceeded at a good pace. We were very pleased with the decoration of our room and were surprised at the immaculate finish achieved. We would highly recommend Palace Building Services.

  Painting the exterior wall, rendering, tile cladding around dorma window and guttering

  Excellant work with no job too small or big to do. Very happy with the final finish, showing a much more aesthetically looking exterior home. It was a pleasue having Dave and his workers do work on our house and look forward to him doing further jobs for me in the future. ??

  Painting and repairing all woodwork, masonry, font door and posts at front of property.

  Work carried out very quickly and efficiently. Kept informed throughout of how work was progressing and any repairs that needed to be done. Very pleased with finished work.
