New kitchen fitted and old one removed
I would recommend Palace Property Services without any doubt. Jan was very punctual, incredibly professional, respectful and polite. Completed the work I needed to a very high standard and after finishing he left everything sparkly clean and organised. I will definitely use his services again in the near future as I was very impressed!!

New flooring and door cut down
I called Jan to have some wood flooring fitted. He arrived on time and was very tidy. Hes done really nice job and I will be using him again to have another room done. I would highly recommend him

Artex Ceiling and walls plastered in 20ft room.
Very pleased with the standard of work done. The finish is very neat and tidy. Both guys friendly and kept us up to date. Also said if we aren't happy with anything once it's dried, to call and they'll sort it. Would not accept help to clear up! :-) Would definitely use again.

Plastered kitchen walls ready for tiling.
Didn't hesitate to call Jan for the second time to arrange for him to plaster my kitchen walls ready for tiling. As previously he did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this very professional, very helpful and very cheerfully young man.

Tiled kitchen
Yam did a lovely job of tiling our kitchen. He was very professional and his tiling and grouting skills were excellent I have no hesitation in recommending and using him again in the future.

Insulation backed plaster board and skim.
Jan started working promptly on arrival and worked diligently whilst on site. The finished plastering is very satisfactory. I would recommend him with confidence.
