This company comes highly recommended. Professional, courteous and precise workers. The work was carried out to a very high standard and made sure we were happy at every stage, even phoning us a week after the job was completed to ensure we were still happy. Quality products, clean, tidy and honest with us and all the rubbish was collected on the final day. We are thrilled with our complete bathroom re-fit. Ben's communication was exceptional. We will be having Ben back for other jobs one day.

Ben Palmer carried out a transformation of our dated En suite bathroom. We were able to choose the materials at a local plumbing merchants for a good price. Ben then came and installed the new bathroom pulling in local trades. A local, totally professional service at a good price compared to the big companies.

Ben responded promptly to our initial enquiry regarding a bathroom refurbishment. On his first visit to discuss the job, let’s just say our first impressions were good. Ben quickly got a handle on what we were hoping to achieve with the limited space we had available. Although we had to wait a while for the project to begin, it was well worth the wait. Our first impressions played out in the work being carried out. The work schedule was well organised with minimal disruption. Ben and his team all took great pride in their work and we are absolutely delighted with the results.

Ben completely renewed our existing bathroom and downstairs toilet, his work was excellent and very professionally carried out. Ben helped us along the way from initial quotation to carrying out the work and helping with sourcing the sanitary ware. He always left the area clean at the end of the day and used professional sealing company to give a great finish. I would recommend Ben who has completed my ensuite bathroom last year to carry out any works in fact he has been asked by some of my neighbours to do jobs when they have seen the quality of his work.

Ben carried out the refurbishment from design to completion. The design was thoughtful and original, utilising the space well and providing us with a super walk-in shower. The rest of the suite is equally appealing and functional. Ben communicates at every step in the procedure. The installation was tidy and efficient.
