Phil and his team were brilliant. I ended up with a lot of quotes and conflicting advice and Phil was honest and explained what we really needed and why. I also appreciated that he works with a roofer, a very kind and skilled gentleman, who fixed a couple of issues on our roof for free. They were quick and clean and Phil took the time to explain how everything worked (twice) which was greatly appreciated. He's coming back to check the system is clean and working and will pop up a mirror that has been waiting to go up for over 3 years. Would highly recommend him. Worth the money.

I have used Phil and his brother on numerous occasions for annual heating system servicing, gas fire maintenance, radiator installations, and other gas-related work. They are consistently professional, reliable, and approachable. I am completely comfortable leaving them in the house to carry out work while everyone is out. They are always punctual, work efficiently, and complete every job to an exceptionally high standard. Their workmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Phil was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our boiler was making a terrible racket and needed a new fan — Phil quoted a better price than a competitor and arrived within two days. His response time was incredible. He was polite, professional, and a genuinely lovely person throughout. What really impressed us was how clean and tidy he was — he left no mess whatsoever and was completely respectful of our home. He clearly knows his trade inside out and explained everything clearly. Phil is our first call for any future gas work without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Excellent throughout from initial quotation to completion of the work which included removing bathroom floor, locate source of leak and repair. Steve was excellent. Communication was first class throw out the work. He identified two problems, both repaired including fitting a new shower unit, new shower door and new flooring. Would highly recommend their services.

I recently had a new boiler installed, and I’m really pleased with the entire experience. From the start, the pre-sales process was great—everything was explained clearly, and I received a detailed quote. On the day, he showed up exactly on time, and the installation itself was done superbly. I’d absolutely recommend his services!
