Works were not carried out in the order, manner or design agreed. Water flow-rates were to be ‘extensively checked’ and remedied before bathroom work commenced. This was omitted or ignored or degraded deliberately. Unnecessary mixed plumbing with inaccessible joints and valves were cemented and tiled in hurriedly without consulting me. Poor water flow resulting from the poor configuration. Opposite of what was instructed. All fittings wrong height, result- showers/jets/toilet/basins all unusable and bathroom needs all tiles chiselling off re-plumb correctly and re-tile. Denies any wrongdoing!

Firstly, the client had attempted this bathroom refurb themselves or somebody had walked off the job. This project had been idle for2 years and all pipe work had to be redone using a combination of Plastic and Copper to suit the application in hand to minimise bends and leaks, all fittings were in disarray and a whole day was spent just finding things and cleaning up
The request the client made like securing 60 x 120 tiles to walls with magnets to allow him easy access to view the concealed valves, plumbing and concealed toilet cistern, were unreasonable and unsafe; this is where he feels we were not listening to him-
He failed to notify us that his kids were isolated due to Covid whilst we were working in his house
I am an experienced tradesman with bathroom installations my main skill set. I am 95% complete on this project and confident in my work. I welcome another qualified tradesman to give an unbiased opinion as despite numerous attempts the customer has not allowed us to complete the job. Needless to say monies are outstanding
