Hired Paul @ PAM to install water and waste to an upstairs kitchen. On the day of the works, I received a message advising he had a problem with his car. A few days later Paul advised one of the guys who worked for him would come out. The guy who turned up didn't work directly for Paul so we had to explain everything again. Work was then carried out very badly and not as per our instructions. Pipes were not run to the right location, installed very roughly and waste too high to drain. Contacted Paul by text asking him to call me and he has simply IGNORED all texts/calls. Appalling way to behave.

Paul did a very good clean & tidy job., & is friendly & sociable. A job well done.

2-3 other plumbers had already let me down, but PAM at least did respond to me. It was difficult trying to arrange a time, and often I wouldn't know until the day whether he was free or not, but he offered a discount because of the inconvenience.
