    terrible communication

    Antonio came to inspect work and give a quote, and said he will get back with a quote. 2 weeks on and still waiting. I have text 3 times and rung twice. His phone is turned off soon as I ring. would be nice just say to the customer I am not going to do the work or I am busy then we can both move on. Very sad. Need lesson on how to treat customers better and for checkatrade to investigate pancamo vetting/rating procedure again. I am sure you would not appreciate if someone treated you this way.
