Lie to get your money
Please save yourself time money and hassle by avoiding. I spoke to a guy called param who was polite enough and gave a quote for £325 and we agreed on a date and time. He then noted there would be a £50 deposit but there is nothing to worry about as we are registered etc. So I paid. I asked for a receipt / invoice and he said he can't do that or he will need to charge more. I would also need to pay in cash or vat would be added if paid by card. Deep Cleaning
Absolutely horrendous service. Would never ever recommend, they didn’t get the animal smell out like I was guaranteed and they refused to come back to finish the job. End of tenancy
Insisted on upfront payment before starting cleaning despite having already paid a £50 deposit. Fridge clean was extra on an end of tenancy, most unusual. Told me repeatedly it would be 3-4 hours so when he called me halfway through a haircut 1hr 45mins later saying he was done refused to wait the half hour it would take to return so video called me(?!) and used that as validation. Rushed back but missed him, cupboard was broken off the hinge in kitchen and big scratch in wood floor. When I called went round in circles, refused to come back. Mouse infestation
Just had follow up visit. Param surveyed property 2/3/21, identified main mouse travel routes, left 2 bait stations. Followed advice to fill holes/gaps internal& external with copper mesh. Problem now much reduced-no signs of activity for over 2 weeks although we accept that we may not be 100% mouse free. Clean and polish of Victorian floor
We hired P&J Martin Services to clean and polish our Victorian Floor. The first visit was unsuccessful and we were left with a bubbly textured surface that looked dreadful. The company agreed to come back and rectify the issue the following week. They came back and have re-polished the floor but left a large dark stain on our wooden work surface and a dirty big scuff mark across our wall. We phoned the company shortly after they left and the man denied that it was him that caused the damage. He refuses to accept any responsibility for the work and is very dismissive on the phone.
