P&M Property Renovation were great to work with. From the point we contacted them to get a quote they were quick and efficient with booking in a time to come quote, providing the quote and then scheduling the work. During the work they were very polite and friendly, leaving the place very tidy at the end of each day. And at the end of the job or house looks amazing, like it's brand new.

Renovated kitchen area
Very professional team. Punctual, tidy, and work is of a high standard. Cannot give enough praise for the quality this team. Work completed to replace wood flooring and tile, rewire and electrical installations, and plastering.

Whole Roof replacement
First they came to inspect the roof then send us estimates. Started quickly after we agreed to a price. Work efficiently explaining at the end of each day progress they had made following with pictures .

Removed internal wall and installed a beam between kitchen and dining room
Extremely happy with the results. Work was completed to a high standard. The team were professional, hard working, and ensured the area was tidy afterwards. I highly recommend P&M Property, and would definitely use them again for future projects.
