I asked for a quote for a garden gate and this arrived promptly. There was then a survey, and I was given an idea of timescales. The gate was fitted yesterday and is of excellent quality and great care was taken in fitting it. It's just what I wanted - thank you!

P&R welded the derailleur hanger that had snapped off my bike 18 years ago (at the time of the 2008 Olympic torch visit). It is still going strong. But a bolt holding the rear rack sheared off recently leaving the threaded part in the tapped hole in the frame. A Brentford bike repair shop said they couldn't do anything with their hand tools and said I needed a pillar drill to drill it out and suggested I try an engineering company. I went back to P&R and they very efficiently listened to my problem and quickly used mole grips and pliers to unscrew the bolt. Another very happy local customer.

Absolutely outstanding experience..Really friendly guys at both headquarters and those who came and worked on my property..A new fence/railing was constructed and installed with sympathy to the age of my property..Robust, and stylish. From the first quote to construction and installation i was kept fully up to date ( including video updates via WhatsApp). A really professional and courteous experience. So happy with the results, I've employed the team to construct a Victorian porch fir my front door, too!

Absolutely excellent service, efficient, skilled and knowledgeable. We are delighted with the railings at the front of our Georgian house.

I had a meeting with Dean at P&R and explained that I was on a tight deadline to get railings up. I also explained my ideas for a design. He and the team were able to create exactly what was in my head and install the new railings well before the deadline. The railings are first class. Excellent work and excellent service. Very happy with it all.

I cannot praise P&R enough. From the initial consult to the speedy fabrication time, to the seamless install, the team were a pleasure to work with. The artistry and craftsmanship are also above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier.
