Even though Paul started the work on time, but the quality of work is a very low standard. I called him several times to come back and fix the things, but I have not been able to get in touch with him. He picked once and said he will come, but after that, he never replied to any message or picked my calls. I would never ever book him again and I would advise everyone to do the same. I am feeling cheated now.

In regards to this comment, the customer kept swapping and changing everything all the time. The standard work is fine there is nothing wrong with it. The neighbour next door can give me a good review as I have done numerous work for her before and she recommended me to him. After the work was completed he tried telling me how much he owed me and how much he would pay me, he wouldn’t agree to pay me the full amount of the job, so I took a loss on the price. I told him not to have the slab laid like that as it would come lose and it has. I did answer the phone to him and I feel I shouldn’t go back as I took a loss on the job in the first place and he was warned about that slab. I don’t feel he has the right to slate my job and my company like he has over something he was warned about. I would never work for him again.
