Great job!!
I wanted herringbone flooring laid throughout my house and he was prompt in his response, gave clear timings and a clear price He communicated timings and clarified exactly what I wanted before starting, checking-in throughout to ensure that I’m still happy. The quality of the work is fantastic and I’m super happy with how it looks

Curtain pole fitting
I asked for new fittings for curtain poles to be put up. I had tried drilling holes to do this myself but the plasterboard and cavity wall type made this too difficult so I asked for a handyman on Checkatrade P&T Building services responded very quickly and were able to arrange a slot within a few days They did a great job patching some of the mess I made and then completing the fittings using rawl plugs suitable for that kind of wall.

Repair & redecoration of bathroom ceiling
I asked P & T to repair some damage to my downstairs neighbour's bathroom ceiling caused by a water leak from my flat. P & T's quote was not cheap, but par for the course in St Albans. Teodor arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work efficiently including sealing the affected area from further leakage before painting over the whole ceiling. The neighbour and I were both happy with the standard of the work. The final charge was as per the estimate.
