  Really impressed with the service that Jake and the team provided. The assessment of our broken showers and WC was in person and he provided a very reasonable quote. The work was carried out the same day and the showers look even better than they did before! Even when the work wasn't as straightforward as first thought Jake and team sorted it with no issues, had they not told me I wouldn't have even realised it was a bigger job than they anticipated. Professional, tidy, great communication and polite. The whole team take pride in what they do and it shows. I 100% recommend and would use again.

  After I posted my ad they contacted me quite quickly, we arranged a viewing for the next day. I got a quote and got clear description on what is going to happen. We agreed on a date they arrived on time, did exactly what we agreed on, solved any issues on the way. I would highly recommend them.

  Jake and the team bailed us out when I was let down by another plumber on our extension. They did a fantastic job on the kitchen extension for us, and we have given them additional work since, including replacing our Megaflo hot water cylinder. I highly recommend Jake and the team at Pangbourne Plumbing. They've done everything we've needed; they are responsive, professional and have never let us down.

  I seemed to have need several times over the last few months for urgent plumbing matters to be dealt with and Jake at Pangbourne Plumbing has been a complete star!!! He responds quickly; turns up when he says he will; does a very efficient job; is reasonably priced AND he’s a really nice guy - what more could you ask for?!
