Finding root cause of leak going into downstairs ceiling from my bathroom, and completing repair.
Panos has exceeded expectations every time I require his services. He is polite, professional, tidy and excellent at his trade. He always does his best to fit customers in, and once he starts a job he is dedicated until the end. I have tried to find a reliable plumber, and my search is over now. I couldn't recommend Panos enough. He has done multiple jobs for me now and it always looks better (clean and tidy) once he's finished! Also very kind to my children when they run around which is very nice. Overall Panos is someone I do recommend to anyone who listens. Thank you so much Panos!
Repairing a leak in the bath drain.
Panos gave me a call back after I requested a quote, and came for a free call-out that same day to look at my bath and identified the issue. He gave me a reasonable quote the next day and once I accepted it, he arrived that evening and fixed the leaky drain in less than two hours. Good communication and very helpful advice all round. He left everything tidy and cleaner than before. Thanks Panos!
Fixing radiators that were not working
Excellent Service. Very responsive and fixed the issue when others said it couldn't be done.
Broken flush
Especially came to fix the problem (because we are regular customers) despite it being a Sunday and short notice. Always delivers and highly recommended!
Central heating maintenance with a boiler service
A project at my home residence that required an experienced central heating engineer or plumber. There was a number of tasks to do. These included swapping out for new and rewiring a 3-port valve. Swapping out and replacing the circulating pump. Swapping out the expansion vessel. Installing new TRV’s on all radiators, balancing the whole central heating system, lastly finishing off with a boiler service. The job is complete and I am very happy with how the work was finished and the end result. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Panos as he is a reliable, able and honest tradesmen.
Boiler service.
Panos carried out a service on my boiler. He arrived on time and examined the boiler at length taking me through the process. I was very satisfied with the work carried out and would unhesitatingly recommend him.
