New TRVs and thermostat
Panos completed a few different jobs at my rental flat, including installation of three new thermostatic radiator valves, a new room thermostat and replacement of the boiler condensing pipe. Great communication from Panos throughout the process with both myself and the tenants. He carried out all the work as requested and to a high standard. I was not on site for the work but Panos sent photos of the work carried out to keep me informed. I will be using Panos for all my plumbing work going forward. Highly recommended!

Leaking cistern
Panos was very professional, courteous, tidy and efficient. I was away and he also sent me very useful clear videos and photos for both the issue and solution. Previously he had done similarly for our boiler after it suddenly burst a lot of water and fusing one unit. He came around on a Sunday afternoon and did a deep overhaul maintenance of the boiler at a reasonable cost. He then came back some days later to replace two suspect pipes, a seal and a new temperature receiver unit. I can't recommend Panos enough.

Outstanding Work!
Panos came in to install a new boiler at my house. He worked efficiently and diligently, installing the boiler in just over a day and even ensuring that we had hot water over night. After the installation, a further issue was uncovered, which was not of Panos' making. Panos however, went above and beyond......visiting us several times in order to diagnose the issue and finally fix it. I can not fault him. He was polite, reasonable and really does care about the quality of his work. In an industry littered with rogue traders, Panos is a rare find and more then worth his fees.

Repair boiler and change parts
He is a lovely guy who very efficiently fixed the problem and was very quick. He explained everything as he worked. He was very thorough very clean. A superb neat job. The heating was perfect after him and the boiler stopped leaking. Job well done 👏🏼

Last minute boiler installation
Panos dropped everything to come and procure then fit our new boiler as temperatures plummeted outside. He worked out for two straight days (much of it out in the cold) so that we could be warm again. And the finished product is always of the highest quality.
