Andy and team carried out a bunch of small to medium roof repairs on my home in Bicester. After an initial inspection, Andy advised what was needed - all genuine repairs that I was happy to accept - and the quote was good value for money. We had recently started to get some damp inside the home and Andy did a really great job of diagnosing the likely causes. Work was carried out within a couple of days and completed to a very high standard. I had a problem with birds getting into roof space. Contacted Paragon spoke to Andy who came out promptly to give me a quote. His team were efficient and made a good job, cleaned up after they had done. Job location: OX20Had leaking roof around chimney. Andy had an initial look, took photos to explain the problem and agreed a price for the job. Guys came back to do the work and again took photos of work throughout process for my records.
