  New Boiler with digital thermostat, new designer/tower radiators. Re-plumbed living room.

  Excellent tradesman, replaced old gravity/tank boiler to new baxi combi with digital thermostat (baxi uSense). Also re-plumbed living room and fitted new designer/tower radiators (3 in total). Happy to explained everything being done whilst working. Top guy with reasonable price, already recommended to family and friends.

  Extractor fan fitted and some repair to damaged tiling

  Antonio from Parallel came to my house to install an extractor fan. He was on time and within a couple of hours the job was done. Antonio was an honest, hardworking, professional, reliable and genuine person. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

  New boiler fitted

  Antonio phoned me within an hour of me sending some questions about the issues with my boiler. He then came to the property at my earliest convenience and took a thorough look, where it became clear the old boiler had given up the ghost after 15+ years. Antonio then spoke me through every aspect of what he was quoting for in installing a new boiler and I received an official emailed quote the next day. He did the work with one of his colleagues within a day as planned, leaving no mess and taking all the old boiler paraphernalia with him. Everything working great - could not recommend more! Fab

  New bathroom fitted

  I was pleasantly surprised with the great work from Parallel Plumbing. Antonio came to give me a quote and was very honest with me from the start. There were no hidden extras to bump the price up like some traders do. He was punctual every day, which is a big plus for me and worked non stop while he was here. The work carried out is to a very high standard and I would recommend to anyone and everyone! He was reliable, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He made me feel at ease and I was comfortable asking questions. He did not make me feel silly for asking....

  New bathroom fitted

  Really pleased with the work. Exactly as discussed previously. Antonio was very friendly and went out of his way to tidy up after himself even though I told him it was fine. I highly recommend Parallel Plumbing and would use again for any other work I need done.

  Boiler installation

  I was very happy with my new boiler. Antonio explained all of the options I had so I could choose the boiler that was most suitable for me. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Antonio was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to others and would not hesitate to use his company again.
