Removal of an internal structural wall
Mahesh come and and took all the measurements needed. He was very helpful in telling us all the steps we needed to take or who to contact in order to remove our wall between the kitchen and the dining room. He promptly answered all our queries by email and helped us find a good building control company to come and inspect the beam. I would recommend his services to anyone, can't fault him. Very pleased with the outcome. We now have a spacious kitchen and dining room. Thank you.

Load-bearing wall

Structural Engineer Consultancy Services
I need a Structural Engineer to confirm if a wall on the lower floor was loadbearing or not. Mahesh was incredibly knowledgeable. He gave me extremely helpful advice via email to start with before working out all the calculations . I would absolutely recommend Paramount.

Re-modelling/designing of Bathroom
I found Mr Mahesh Jethwa on checkatrade, I live in Peterborough, after reading reviews here decided to ask him to redesign my bathroom, straight away he said I did not have to travel to london. Instead we did it via video link and was excellent at explaining which measurement he needed. I was very impressed of his professionalism plus how patient he was. I didn't have clue where to start. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Mr Jethwa. You will not be disappointed.
