No work carried out
Was originally due to come over to conduct a survey on 10th June - didn't show up and it was only after I chased that he responded he wouldn't be able to make it and could we reschedule. Survey then agreed for 18th June at 08:00 - didn't turn up, no communication, nothing. Can't comment on the quality of his work as just getting him round for a survey was challenging enough! Fitted new outside tap, fully plumbed in through the wall.
