As always, during several visits: prompt, efficient, professional service. Request to remove shoes is no problem (thank you!) and technicians are familiar with materials and procedure, so there is little uncertainty. The actual parts needed had to be ordered for one issue, so there was a delay, but no ball is ever dropped and follow-up was prompt and sensitive to time-frames and customer schedules, even when customers mix up the dates... What a friendly business to work with! Thank you
