The Parker Homes team are very experienced and supportive, they guided us through the build process without any pressure. Paul was a great team leader and helped us with our decision making.

I cant speak highly enough of Parker Home Improvements, they were an excellent company to deal with form start to finish. Their craftsmanship and professionalism was extremely good throughout this project. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and would always use them in future for any project.

There was a large area of damp in my airing cupboard. I contacted Parker Homes, as I knew they could be relied upon to fix the problem. They contacted a roofer who found a broken roof slate and fixed it. Then their plasterer came and did a good job, removing the damp area of plaster and the wet timber behind it. These were replaced to a high standard and the airing cupboard is good as new. I am going to get them in to replaster a ceiling.

I was very pleased with the works carried out by PHI. The whole team were helpful and friendly and made sure that everything went smoothly with as little disruption as possible. The work was completed on time to a high standard.

We have used Parker Homes now for 4/5 jobs in the past few years. Our experience as with this recent kitchen refit is that they have been professional in all aspects of their work. The estimating, payment and time schedule within reason were clearly understood and their quality of work was excellent. Their staff were courteous, punctual, tidy and adaptable where necessary and we and they have always achieved a satifactory outcome in all the work they have carried out.
