  Resin Driveway and fencing.

  After discussing some home refurbishment with Leon at PSD we decided to push ahead with a new resin driveway and fencing . Every detail was explained and options discussed ,no rush no pressure and I couldn't be happier with the result,. Excellent quality work, hard working tradesmen and an on schedule finish. Thoroughly recommend.

  Replacing Pier Caps

  PSD & Refurbishment Ltd replaced some old concrete pier caps with sleek black granite caps on my driveway. The work was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption, and the transformation has made a noticeable difference to the overall look of the driveway. The quality of the work is excellent, and the finish looks fantastic. Communication with Leon was top-notch throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he was responsive and kept me informed, which made the whole experience stress-free. The job was completed on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

  Office refurb and warehouse conversion.

  Leon's company completed refurbishment work to our existing office, and also converted the premises next door which we purchased as an old warehouse into offices across two floors and a showroom spanning 400m2. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget, and Leon accommodated all of our additional requests throughout the project. I found Leon and all of the trades working with PSD to be very helpful and professional, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. I would strongly recommend his company.

  Professional team who brought our vision to life

  I have only good things to say about my experience with this company. The work was carried out in the timeframe I had been quoted and resultant finish is great. Any questions or concerns I had along the way were promptly dealt with and workmen were hardworking and respectful of our property. In fact I went on to use them for another project and would definitely use them again in the future. Pricing was also very competitive compared with other quotes I received for the job.
