Whole team were friendly and professional. Martin arrived on time to scope the work, ensuring he understood our needs, offering advice and answering all questions. He inspired confidence, so we were happy to proceed when a very competitive quote came through soon after. Fitting was sooner than expected with fitters, David and Kane, arriving on time for the installation, completing the job to a high standard in good time, with everything left clean and tidy, and checking we were happy with everything before they left. Communication was great throughout, including with Vicky from the office.
