Refurbish and fit out of our new class 4 and 7 Garage

Parkway carried out the refurbishment and fit-out of our new Class 4 and Class 7 garage, and I’m really pleased with the finished result. It’s a project we’re proud of, and I’d like to recognise the team’s hard work in getting the premises ready for our new business. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing Christchurch Commercials to life. It’s great to see the completed premises now being used by our team and welcoming customers.

Excellent workmanship, on time and on budget

Henley and the Parkway team were fantastic throughout the fit out of Outlaw House in Canford Cliffs. Henley was knowledgeable, responsive and thorough from the outset. Simon managed the site brilliantly and the whole team were professional, clean and tidy, with top notch workmanship. We had a very tight opening deadline which they hit, and the project stayed on budget. Pricing was fair throughout, including any additional work outside the original quote. We’ll definitely use Parkway again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Single storey orangery style extension

Parkway quickly grasped what we were trying to achieve and provided a detailed and competitive quote. Through the job, they displayed: • Can do attitude • Consideration to neighbours on a tight site • Excellent communication via a WhatsApp group • Rapid response to concerns and questions • Good selection of sub-contractors each of whom delivered high quality work with attention to detail • Understanding of working in someone’s home with a great level of courtesy and respect • Cheerfulness despite challenges from some atrocious weather End result was the space we had dreamt of!

  Highly recommend Parkway Developments Ltd

We couldn't be more delighted with the new kitchen extension built by Parkway Developments Ltd. Henley, Darren and their team did a superb job, resulting in a complete transformation of our kitchen. Due to the nature of the site the job was complicated, requiring significant expertise, knowledge and skills to overcome various technical challenges. Parkway provided an exemplary process and service from beginning to end, with admirable attention to detail, responsiveness and communication throughout. They were a joy to work with and we would highly recommend this firm.

  Incredible from start to finish

Henley and Darren at Parkway developments completed a large extension on our home in September and we are over the moon. As we moved in they had just finished off a large project next door and we saw first hand the detail and work that went into it. From start to finish the customer care and craftsmanship was faultless, we felt at total ease. We now have our dream home and it’s more than we ever expected. The whole team at parkway have been just incredible! Big shout out to Dave who managed the project too! Will be shouting from the roof tops to recommend this amazing company.

  Top firm, reliable, great workmanship

Really pleased with Parkway Developments. They cut a new opening in our wall and boarded out the stud work to create a small walk-in wardrobe area, they actually went above and beyond on the skim job for me. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Team were punctual, tidy and just cracked on with the job. Would recommend to all.
