  Excellent building company

  Paul and his team were fantastic - very professional and very trustworthy Left them with keys whilst on holiday The work was of a very high standard , on time. Clean all way through and excellent attention to detail and Paul always available Nothing too much trouble And they are coming back - very hard to find good building firms

  Highly Recommend Paul Arter & he's team

  We got Paul Arter into give us a idea on how we can adapt our bungalow for my wife that has Ms so we could stay there . we have live here for 11yrs and was thinking of moving Long story short he came up with super plan For the bungalow . We now have a bigger bed with wetroom and separate shower room and toilet new kitchen with utility room. New ramp. Out to the back garden and new ramp to the front drive. We are so pleased. That Paul as got two more jobs here . One is new parking area and fencing. And sorting out a damp wall. Paul guys are great friendly and would recommend them

  Tractor garage build

  Paul and his team, built a large garage to house our tractors. From start to finish was seamless, great communication through every stage of the build. The guys were very professional and a pleasure to have on site. We are over the moon with the finished result! Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you

  Raised Decking, Large Roofed Pergola, Landscaping and New Fence.

  Highly professional and excellent workmanship throughout the project. This is the second time I have used Paul Arter and Building Services Ltd. for a large project of mine and they did not disappoint. After the initial site survey was carried out, our quote was quickly worked out and returned, something that seems rare these days. Pauls team of hardworking lads arrived punctually every day, maintained a clean workspace, and completed the job right on schedule. I was particularly impressed by how the lads dealt with my difficult Neighbours, by being polite, patient and keeping their cool.

  Major driveway conversion

  2nd big job Paul has done for me. 1st was major bungalow refurb, now he has transformed driveway giving me over 200sqm of parking.. It involved extensive site clearance, ground works, building brick walls for new remote control gate set back from road, block paving, gravel laying within raised borders, porcelain slab laying, preparation work for electrical and security camera installation - also installed ducting under driveway to service garage for future conversion. Paul has the know how, experience and team to deliver quality on time - always well organised too.
