Tom from Particle Engineering was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my MVHR (apartment ventilation system), contacted the manufacturer for me to find which parts were available, then suggested various options, always considerate of the price. He fitted the replacement parts on a very hot day, remaining calm, courteous and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend him.

Very well done job, super tidy, and quick. Not only in the responsiveness that was also simple without beating around the bush but honest and super available. We had our job done in a week time from first contact. We had maybe a more trickier installation but he managed to do it with the same fee. Super recommended.
