  Trustworthy, conscientious, tidy, friendly and accommodating

  We have this company to service our boiler yearly as it's a local company, trustworthy and competent tidy , friendly and helpful accommodating when unforseen circumstances arise, just refitted our bathroom including removal and replacing a bath and basin to new positions, fitting a shower and pipework and removal of radiator to replace with towel radiator, excellent job done even though we had to change dates part way through job due to bathroom needing to be replastered and tiled, we know who we'll be calling when we need more work doing.

  SHOWER REPAIR or REPLACE

  Contacted Peter for problem with shower as I had seen is van passing my house and explained problem of lack of hot water. He gave time he would be able to call which was kept and I explained shower was app. 21 yrs. old so not possible to repair & if not then replace, there was no big sighs or tutting then disappearing, but stripped control valve and thought he would be able to get new cartridge. Shortly later contacted me & had got part which was much cheaper than replacement & arranged time to fit which was again kept to, and all done in clean & tidy way, so now have nice hot shower. Good job

  First class service. Peter arrived on time. He also confirmed the appointment in advance. I had a boiler service, Had safe certification and installation of a carbon monoxide detector. A very professional service, friendly and extremely helpful. Very reasonably priced. I can fully recommend this service.

  Lack of hot water

  Of all the plumbers I contacted Parva Plum gave the most warm, normal and human response (no pun), which is why I selected them! I wasnt disappointed, the plumber arrived at the time agreed and fixed the immediate problem (which wasn't easy) and agreed next steps. Great communication and a can do attitiude, first class. No pressure forthe next job ;)
