Replace leaking kitchen mixer tap
Despite his ever growing workload, Rob managed to fit our job in at fairly short notice. He fitted a new mixer tap supplied by me. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Workplace cleaned and tap tested, all now working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Boiler repair and service
Exceptional service and fast response for a boiler issue that needed a quick repair. A service was also carried out at the same time for a very cost effective price. I would highly recommend Pates Heating.

Replacement pressurised hot water tank
Very responsive and got us back up and running really quickly. Our family are really grateful for the excellent service. Everything has been left clean and tidy and everything that we agreed needed doing was done exactly when we agreed it would be.

New boiler installation and radiator refit throughout.
Rob provided an excellent boiler refit for us. He did the job quickly to ensure minimum disruption to the household. Rob has also provided a boiler service for us since our refit and always provides an exceptional level of workmanship. Would always recommend.

Repaired gas pipe
We drilled into a internal gas pipe hidden in the ground whilst installing a water main. Old iron pipe that is not used anymore we got really unlucky today. Rob came within 30 mins to assess the situation and quickly came up with a solution which was time and cost effective. He agreed a time with our customer to come back in this evening and rectified after he finished work!! That's the reason I recommend Rob
