Patrick is always friendly and very careful and professional - and the difference he manages to achieve on the carpets is huge and well worthwhile! he's done multiple houses, multiple times for us over the years and has always delivered. Patrick arrived at the time agreed to give us a quote. Having accepted the quote he then arranged dates for the work to be done. Very professional, great job.
