Faulty immersion
Simon answered an emergency call in a matter of hours as we had no hot water due to a faulty immersion. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the immersion stat needed re-setting. He showed us how to do this ourselves should the need arise and advised what to do if the problem was persistent. He was polite and friendly throughout and gave us confidence in his resolution of the problem. We will certainly call on him again for plumbing services and have no hesitation in recommending him.Verified reviewerJob location: B1410 Posted 17 March 2020

Japanese Toilet Seat Installed with a New Toilet Valve
With the current panic buying and low stock of toilet paper on the shelves. I finally decided to get my wonderful gifted Japanese Toilet Seat fitted. A bit of a rarity in the UK, so finding someone that could confidently fit it was quite difficult. Simon had no problems installing it and has done an amazing job. I'm so happy with it. It will save me a fortune long term in toilet paper. Everyone should invest in one and Simon is your guy. Thank you again for everything. He also installed a new valve, as my toilet used to take ages to refill. So happy :DVerified reviewerJob location: B62
