Left dangerous screws and nails protruding, gaps between wall and floor, walls and roof, gaps between planks. Gaps at tops of windows plus broken pane. Also threatened to pull down new build and empty old one onto pavement after mixup with payment.!

We as a team tried anomalous of times to come out and rectify the small problems (2 screws sticking out through 2 planks of wood) we were told by yourselves that you didn't want us back in the property so there was no way of us being able to sort the small problems out. We were then threatened and spoken to appallingly by the customers and they also said the payment was going to be paid via bank transfer they wanted to pay via cheque which was not agreed at head office. They have been making lies up and ringing up everyday for the past 3 weeks but were just spoken to appallingly and threatened again , we also offered a full refund at one point , They just went ahead and did their own thing to thir build and didn't listen to us with the after care information.
