  Install a new jacuzzi bath and fit kitchen tap

  Patryk has been doing work for me for over 10 years. He is a pleasure to work with as he is punctal, efficient, totally trustworthy and is a perfectionist. Over the years he has unblocked a toilet, installed a new bathroom suite, replaced my boiler and serives my boiler annually. He has also replaced several radiators and services the radiators. Most recently he installed a new kitchen tap and a jacuzzi bath which was a huge job! Patryk always ensures that he leaves my home sparkling clean! He has given me excellent advice on products which has been invaluable. I recommend Patryk very highly!

  Initial call, 3rd contact

  This was the third initial conversation I'd had regarding my boiler. The gentleman I spoke with (specialist) gave me a full and clear description of the assessment required explaining I may not need a new boiler as I'd suspected. He was reassuring, professional and took time to give me guidance and understanding.

  System leak - drained the system, pressurised expansion vessel and test

  Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Very grateful for agreeing to do the work at short notice (I called the day before) and found the leak in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

  Fitting a magnetic filter

  He was friendly and willing to explain about the condition of the boiler and what is needed. I felt that he is very honest and genuine. The work is done beautifully, left the room very tidy. It took a little longer than estimate but he didn't over charge.
