    Cellar tanking project: Excellent quality work, options and communication.

    James has been excellent in both the quality of the work undertaken and his clear and responsive communication throughout the project. He undertook a survey of the site, arriving punctually and providing an accurate and reasonable quote rapidly. The work was undertaken within a month of the initial survey and ran exactly on time and budget. The site, which was in the middle of our house was kept as clean as humanly possible given the nature of the work. Good dust-reducing sheeting was put up without any damage. Excellent waterproofing. Highly recommended.

    We recently used Pattern IQ for rising damp treatment at our property on Vale Road, Colwick, and overall we are very happy with the service provided.     Great service and value for money

    James has worked on 4 of my properties, predominantly resolving damp proofing issues His work was spot on, the mess was kept to an absolute minimum during each project (tenants were living in the properties while work was being carried out), the end results were perfect for each house Super happy with the service and results
