    Living room with rising damp.

    James was super from the initial contact for a quote. He came and did all measurements whilst explaining the process to us and the areas that require a lot of attention. He even took the radiators off and informed us on any issues on the way, more on our property due to the age, this didn’t put James off during this time and everything was rectified with his help. I would highly recommend James and his team he is reliable, trustworthy and honest. We are so pleased with the results. We would happily use James and his team for the fantastic job they have done and kept as tidy as they could :)

    The honesty James and Company

    James came to look at the damp issues in my house he was very honest about the products I needed and didn't look at extra products which he could over charge on. His pricing is fair and he looks and takes time around the property. While looking around he saw a roofing problem in the loft and made that a priority over the work he was offering and said it would be unfair to start his work before the roofing needed sorting this was very honest of James to sacrifice his work to enable me to sort another job. That shows what a thoughtfull and professional person him and his company is.

    Cellar tanking project: Excellent quality work, options and communication.

    James has been excellent in both the quality of the work undertaken and his clear and responsive communication throughout the project. He undertook a survey of the site, arriving punctually and providing an accurate and reasonable quote rapidly. The work was undertaken within a month of the initial survey and ran exactly on time and budget. The site, which was in the middle of our house was kept as clean as humanly possible given the nature of the work. Good dust-reducing sheeting was put up without any damage. Excellent waterproofing. Highly recommended.
