Paul was very good at identifying what was wrong with the toilet and did a very good job replacing it. He left the bathroom clean and also fixed the water pressure of the flat, which had been an issue for a long time.

Pawel went above and beyond. He was clear about the problem, extremely thorough, straightforward about the cost, and very tidy. It’s a 10/10 from me

Fantastic prompt service. We needed a broken shower replaced and Pawel called back 10 mins later and had the new shower fitted within an hour. He was friendly and professional throughout. He managed to find a better deal on the new shower and passed all the savings on.
